What Our Customers Say
Our Post Construction Clean-Up Services
We are a trusted post-construction clean-up service provider. After your construction punch-out work is complete, it’s time to get the space or building fine-tuned and ready for business. We have the processes, equipment, and experience you need to make your post-construction clean-up a success. We’ll make your building shine!
Of course, every space is different and every cleaning job is unique. Whether it’s a new build, a remodel or even minor construction work that has been performed, we’re a construction cleaning company that is poised to offer you a highly successful construction clean-up service delivery.
Furthermore, cleaning often occurs via a phased approach that gets your space into tip-top business-ready condition and in the correct order. Construction will create a tremendous dust and dirt load. Learn more below on our approach to handle your construction cleaning service needs.
Post-Construction Cleaning– A Phased Approach
PHASE 1 – Preparation: All large items such as boxes and wrapping are removed and recycled or disposed of per your guidelines. Stickers and tags from new furniture and fixtures are carefully removed. We’ll remove large floor debris and particles. Heavily soiled high dusting begins. Phase 1 represents a ‘let’s get things ready’ for your post-construction needs.
PHASE 2 – Deep Cleaning: Next, we’ll perform top-down detail dusting. A thorough cleaning of ledges, furniture, fixtures, and the like is completed. Bathrooms, kitchenettes, and the like receive a deep cleaning. Carpeted floors receive detailed vacuuming and hard floors are machine cleaned, dust mopped or vacuumed and damp or wet mopped per manufacturer instructions.
PHASE 3 – Ready the Space: Now it’s time to ready the space for business in phase 3 of the construction cleaning service delivery. Regardless of how careful the approach is during the Phase 2 Deep Cleaning, dust will inevitably settle on flat areas, furniture, and floors (we recommend allowing this settling to occur overnight). Thus, we perform a final dusting and wipe down of all such areas. Finally, another detailed vacuuming is performed and hard floors are again damp mopped, wet mopped, or auto-scrubbed depending on application and manufacturer instructions. The work is complete and you’re ready for business.
